Delta Sigma Phi operates under 365 recruitment. We are always looking for undergraduate men looking for more out of their college experience. We seek men who are not okay with just sitting around. We look for those who have the courage to dare, poise to take action and commitment to excellence; a "Better Man." The Better Man will challenge norms, act when others only watch and relentlessly improve himself. He is firm, yet not stubborn; respectful to the past, yet no slave of tradition; has opinions, though not opinionated.

 

This Fraternity links men of all backgrounds to spark a social movement. A Delta Sig aspires to be significant, communally engaged and atypical. He trumpets cooperation and collaboration with others. We believe that when great men and women unite for a dream, they offer the world something better than a point-by-point plan.
