Culture
We are in a constant pursuit of knowledge and intellectual development in our chapter and members. Promoting cultural growth and tolerance furthers us in our sights of becoming better men inside and out.

Harmony
As a part of an elite organization, we are held to higher standards individually and collectively. We pledge to commit to the high standards of moral conduct and bettering ourselves and the world around us.

Friendship
Before we are brothers, we believe in developing friendship first. Forming lifelong bonds based on values of our ritual and secured by honesty, integrity, and care.

Accountability
Having internal systems to keep our brothers true to what we pledge ourselves to be, we are able to focus on our mission of becoming Better Men. This drives us to have oustanding civil engagement, grades higher than the average student body, and the motivation and persistance to pursue our dreams
Presence
We believe that better men should be those that are involved in their community, to be actively seen practicing what we preach. We strive to be the go to figures on campus in all areas as Scholars, Volunteers, and as Social Icons.
Unity
Joining Delta Sigma Phi is joining a family. Not just the Delta Sig family, but the CSU Greek Family. We strive to maintain relations and networks with all recognized Greek organizations on our campus, and beyond.
